Louie Loves Fundraiser for Hurricane Harvey Relief

On Thursday, September 14, 2017, you can help the individuals and communities impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Bar Louie has launched their “Louie Loves” program. The decade-long program helps support local communities in times of need.

Ten percent of Bar Louie’s sales, up to $50,000, will go to the American Red Cross. This will support the Red Cross’ efforts to restore the areas hit hardest by the hurricanes.

So if you’re in one of the Metro areas on Thursday, find yourself a Bar Louie location and stop in for a hot meal or refreshing drink. Just by ordering from Bar Louie, you will help the victims of Harvey and Irma!

“Texas is our home turf and we care deeply about our community all across the Gulf coast,” said Bar Louie CEO John Neitzel. “By declaring September 14th a Louie Loves day at all of our bars, we can give our communities a simple way to help Houston, the Gulf coast, and the surrounding areas rebuild and restore. The Red Cross offers critical infrastructure support immediately following any natural disaster and we’re very supportive of their efforts.”

“We are incredibly grateful for the support of Bar Louie,” said Celena Roldán, CEO of the American Red Cross of Chicago & Northern Illinois. “It’s generosity in times like this that allows the Red Cross to continue to help sheltering, feeding and providing comfort to the people affected by Hurricane Harvey.”

As Bar Louie’s fundraising program, Louie Loves is tailored specifically to restaurant locations and their surrounding communities.
