Summer has been keeping me very busy with taking my kids to all of the fun city activities and festivals. Sometimes it seems like the kids get to have all of the fun more than the grownups, right?
Take the Michigan Science Center (MiSci) for example. It’s filled with so many educational and fun activities for the kids. We visited the Science Center a few months ago, and the kids had a blast. Honestly, I found myself wishing I was a kid again! Do you ever feel that way when you take your kids out to the museum or a fun center?
Well, now you can enjoy bringing out the inner kid in you at MiSci’s After Dark series! The Science Center is continuing to reinvent Thursday evenings with its After Dark series that lets adults (age 21+) treat their curiosity with a night full of science and entertainment.
Each month a unique theme and activities provide guests with a one-of-a-kind experience that includes playing with hundreds of hands-on exhibits, enjoying good music and, of course, a full bar featuring a themed signature cocktail.
Check out MiSci’s June After Dark tomorrow night! The theme is Summer Solstice Party and it’s a great way to celebrate the longest day of the year (because the sun is at its highest altitude).
