The Woodward Dream Cruise is a BIG Detroit tradition! Each year, the Dream Cruise is held on the third Saturday of August.
It is the world’s largest automotive event! According to Woodwarddreamcruise.com, the Woodward Dream Cruise draws “1.5 million people and 40,000 classic cars each year from around the globe.”
Travis and I took the kids to see the Woodward Dream Cruise and we enjoyed looking at the different cars, trucks, vans, and more that participated in the event.
I decided to focus on capturing images from my minivan. We took a drive up and down Woodward Avenue and then we pulled over at a shopping center to watch the cars go down Woodward.
Here’s my original blog post about the Woodward Dream Cruise 2019. I had taken so many pictures that I decided to create two blog posts to share my photographs from the event.
I’m not even going to pretend I know a thing about cars so you won’t find any specific car details in the captions. I’m just a local who likes to enjoy our big city car festival and document it with my camera! 🙂
