In honor of Women’s History Month, Detroit restaurant EastEats announces its collaboration with Nourish Ramen’s Imani Battle. Special thanks to EastEats for sharing the news with GLD! Photography by Jimmy Goldfinger

March is Women’s History Month, and to celebrate, the owners of EastEats are handing their restaurant over to a few of the women keeping this culinary train rolling. And if it doesn’t feel good, they aren’t doing it.

First up? Nourish Ramen’s, Imani Battle! The conversation about partnering with Imani on programming surrounding her ramen has been a year-long process, and partners Kwaku Osei-Bonsu, Lloyd Talley, and Nygel Fyvie think they’ve found the secret sauce. It’s collaboration!
