What is your favorite food dish right now?

Travis and I really love to cook and eat homemade Korean food. We’ve been eating a few different Korean dishes these past few weeks. One Korean-style recipe we are excited to try is Man Cave Craft Eats’ Korean Ground Beef Rice Bowl. It’s actually on our dinner menu to make this week!

Man Cave Craft Eats makes unique, high-quality meats, and I am collaborating with the meat company to try their food products. I can’t wait to share my food review with you! Be on the lookout for the review because I plan to share it in the next two weeks.

Until then, I hope you enjoy this yummy Korean Ground Beef Rice Bowl recipe. It only has THREE cooking instructions! Super easy and perfect for your busy week.

Special thanks to Man Cave Craft Eats for sharing their recipe with Good Life Detroit!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound Man Cave Renegade Chefs’ Blend ground beef
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 soy sauce (reduced sodium is best)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ginger (either ground or paste)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cooked rice
Sliced green onion
Sesame seeds
Sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and garlic until no longer pink.
2. In a bowl, whisk the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and pepper. Pour over the ground beef and simmer for a few minutes.
