Cannabis retailer Skymint Hazel Park is hosting a pre-4/20 celebration this evening. Detroit artist and musician Sheefy McFly will be painting and spinning at the event. The pop-up event starts at 4 p.m. with Sheefy’s live DJ set beginning at 6 p.m. Sheefy will also have his iconic artwork for sale for just $100.
The Lobster Food Truck will be onsite for food purchases.
According to Skymint, Sheefy McFly’s partnership with the cannabis retailer highlights its mission to “connect cannabis to the community by personalizing each retail location with the voices of the people it represents. Through hand-made artisanal products and artistry contributed by local residents like McFly, SKYMINT Hazel Park brings an unparalleled and catered cannabis shopping experience to residents of Detroit and Hazel Park.”

HAVE YOU VISITED SKYMINT BEFORE?
Did you know Skymint operates 12 dispensaries around Michigan? The dispensary accepts medical patients and recreational customers for “daily wellness, healing, and just getting high on life.”
I’ve visited the Hazel Park location many times and the experience has always been very pleasant. Skymint’s team is helpful in answering any questions you may have about cannabis and will help you with finding the strain(s) perfect for you.
MY FAVORITE STRAINS AT SKYMINT
My favorite strains from Skymint that I have tried are Citrix and Sundae Driver. I also like the Two Joints brand. And something cool about Two Joints is the cannabis brand and Skymint are supporters of The Last Prisoner Project. It’s a cannabis-based nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing restorative justice to the cannabis industry.
Have fun and be safe if you decide to go!
