How have you been doing? I’ve been feeling good these past few days because I’ve been working hard on overcoming imposter syndrome and my anxiety triggers when it comes to writing. I’m proud of myself for making some great gains.

It’s true you never know what a person is going through, especially when it’s online.

Remember to take good care of yourself and give yourself grace. Take it one day at a time. Show kindness to others. And love. Love. Love. LOVE!

I hope you have a peaceful week, and here are a few random photos I recently took. xoxo

Detroit-style pizza from Michigan & Trumbull in Detroit.
Friday, June 23rd was Detroit-Style Pizza Day. I stopped by Michigan & Trumbull to get the Packard Pepperoni, my favorite! Looking forward to seeing Michigan & Trumbull’s new location!
Father’s Day at the lake.

I really enjoyed visiting the Midwest Buddhist Meditation Center in Warren, Michigan. I’m going to share a blog post recap soon of our visit to the Thai Food Market.
Zechariah with his mural art. The kids have been taking art and dance classes at Motor City Street Dance Academy in Detroit and they’re having the best time!
