We’re celebrating Earth Day with free general admission at the Michigan Science Center, sponsored by DENSO North America.

- Special Earth Day activities will include stomp rockets, pocket solar system, and static electricity.
- Biomimicry Design Dare Competition with Metropolitan Museum of Design Detroit Mm-O-Dd. Submit a human-centered solution inspired by nature and related to sound or urban design.
- Grand opening of Global Soundscapes (trailer: https://youtu.be/PKc6FOPKvWg) in the Toyota Engineering 4D Theater. Take an ear-opening journey into the science of sound and the emerging field of soundscape ecology. All showings of Global Soundscapes will be free on April 20, courtesy of DENSO. Space is limited and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis.
